Please be sure your shipping address and email are correct before purchasing. Dachshund Fashionista will not be held liable for lost packages due to incorrect mailing addresses provided by the customer.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Damages & lost in transit
Dachshund Fashionista is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Goods should be inspected on receipt of delivery, and damages to be advised in writing within 3 working days of delivery, so that we can arrange replacement goods and start following up with our carrier.
Failure of delivery
If your mailbox or doorway is shared with your neighbor or not secured properly, accidental parcel loss can happen and the customers are responsible for collecting their own parcels quickly and safely.
If the parcel fail to be delivered to your address or the parcel was delivered to the wrong address by our mistake, we will contact you and figure out the problem.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We don’t know the amount of customs taxes that will be communicated to you by the carrier after the goods have reached their destination. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
