If you’d like to make an exchange, please follow our return policy and place a new order for the product you desire. This will ensure the product is available and gets to you quicker.

Free exchange shipping within the USA

Need a different size or color? Email us at info@dachshundfashionista.com and request a prepaid label from us. Then ship your item back within 10 days of receipt using the return label we’ll provide you with, and we’ll send you the same item in another size or color, or to reassure we have the item in stock, follow our return policy below.
Pack item(s) in the original packaging – make sure the package is secure and that the content do not risk being damaged during shipping. Print and attach the pre-paid Return Label on the outside of the package covering any previous address label.
A few important things to know about exchanges…

  • We offer one free exchange per order.
  • We’re only able to exchange items that are currently in stock.
  • Merchandise must be in original unused condition.
  • Custom made orders cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

  • All returns must be made at your own cost.
  • Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. Proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered.
